This was absolutely fabulous:



The band Super Blaster's lead singer hit all the high notes that Bruce Dickenson originally laid out and the bass, drums & guitars licked. Okay, so he didn't run around the stage quite as much as Bruce, but to be fair there wasn't that much stage.

Alright, so an Iron Maiden cover band (albeit, a great one) might be something you see every day, but earlier in the evening metal band Hellmass played a rockin set for the crowd which included amongst others an 80 year old metal fan!



Now that licks! She was totally rockin out to the band...

..Bangin' her head (as hard as ya' can at 80 I imagine) and sporting a Hellmass t-shirt that said:

LET
THE
CARNAGE
BEGIN

on the back of it! If I live to be that old and that cool, I hope I have children and grandchildren who can appreciate me!
It's super badass and damn inspiring to see someone living life to its fullest potential, to hell with what anyone else thinks eh.
