So last night was a night of firsts.

I threw caution to the wind and went to my first SGCT outting, and even though not many members came out to party, it was still a really good time. I'd never been to Gotham Citi (most of the times I'd been invited it was under the pretenses of my friends, most of whom are gay, going on some night where I would be rediculously out of place as a straight boy.). The drink specials? Kickass. The people? Very cool. AND I got to put some faces with some of the folks I've been talking to online.

So if anyone is new or a little bit anxious about meeting up in CT, don't be shy. I did it and it was great.

Hung out with Liv and Vegan Eric, we bonded over falafels. (I'm sorry, every time I write falafel I spell it differently...I have no clue what I'm doing here...) It was also my first, and as a NYC regular I should be hanging my head in shame, but ah well.

Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that beautiful girls aside, the real bonus of SG is meeting new people. I may only be around CT for 3 more weeks, but so far its been a trip. Here's to more summer madness...
