hello lurkers,
I got to tattoo something a lot of fun today. It was on zerokewl, he sat like a fucking champ, 4 1/2 hours on his sternum! Ouch! He drove out from vegas, which is like 4 hours, then sat all day and let me drill in his skin, and then i sent him off to get sushi. Also im pretty psyched on him because at the end of the day i found out he is the brains behind Shoppingkart, which is an awesome project he has.
So he had me do an anatomical heart, built of and held together by metal, here it is.
And also i have been trying to paint lately, so here is my most recent painting, i referenced it from the skull photo i have as my profile pic. Its actually a skull that fractal found while we were in new york at an oddity store (yes its a real skull). It is all done in acrylic on wood.
The new shop is almost ready to open, Anatomical Art Studio, its fucking beautiful, so come get tattooed so you can see our new place and my new, huge, office.

ive done a couple through e mail already. so far we just started by having one person sketch in section on regular typing paper from the copy machine, scan it, and send it to the other person. they print it as a full page and do the same. can go back and forth as many times as we want or till the page is full, whatever. then one person starts coloring and sends it off when they are done. a little back and forth but still pretty easy.
