Here's the highlights of last week.....
Sicily came home and we shopped for costumes and caught up.
On Friday Amitabha came into town!!! I had a impromptu cocktail party that I think was a success for all involved.
My computer finally killed itself. I need to get a new hard drive.
Saturday we went to prom and that was interesting. I won a SG skateboard in a raffle and gave it to an SG who had a cool handmade corset. Sfdeep, Lola, and Aumie almost had a heartattack that i gave it away. What am i going to do with a skateboard?? No one in my house skates. None of my friends skate. The reply was that I should have "hung it on the wall"!!! Say what? A mass produced skateboard hanging on MY wall?? I hang art on my wall. Anyhoo...I scandelized the people by my act of apathy.
I met some cool people. My SG friend Budrollit was rad. Nestor and I have something in common. Tuffy and I got to complain about our hometown. I guess i had a pretty good time for Sicily not being able to go.
