yes just like the song i want to release 99 red ballons strategically placed around the city cbd to be let go simultaniously while it gets filmed from different locations

its been a dream of mine for a while
what would even bee better is if it could be done simultaniously in other states aswell
i do however have this sneaking suspision that by doing somthing like this i may get in trouble with air traffic control that is if the balloons are big hmmn
might have to look into this
i figure if everyone was willing to buy there own baloon it would be a rather cheap event
