I saw this blog homework and decided that I wanted to participate in this one because I definitely have met someone very special here. I have met some amazing people here. They are all very special and I love them all. I have become very close friends with a handful of people here, but this lady in particular is my dearest friend of them all.
I have been following @felicity for almost a year now. We had exchanged messages and comments occasionally up until the beginning of May this year. It was then that we started to write each other letters almost daily. We started texting each other on Instagram pretty much every morning and every evening. We share our day with each other. We have shared our history, including pictures of our childhood. We have sincerely gotten to know each other and it has been so much fun. We talk, we listen, we sympathize, we support and encourage each other. We talk seriously, we flirt, there is absolutely nothing that is off limits. There is so much mutual love and respect between us and I absolutely love it. I am so very lucky to have this woman be a part of my life!
This past Thursday we had our first video chat on IG and we had so much fun. We talked about whatever came to mind and after a little over an hour we said goodnight. I enjoyed it so much. It was so much fun! Tonight we had another video chat. We were both smiling and laughing the whole time and talked for over an hour again. She commented that she had no idea that we had been talking for so long. We enjoy each others company so much that time doesn't even matter. I'm sure that we could spend a day together and not run out of things to talk about. Our friendship has grown so much over the past couple of months. We are so completely comfortable with each other. Tonight she was talking about what we would be doing if she were here with me. She said that we would be having a few beers and enjoying some laughs together. Well, I was having a couple of beers and we were talking and laughing. The only thing that was missing was her by my side, and I would very happily welcome that. It would be a little slice of heaven. I had a rough first week back at work and she took away all of my frustrations and made me smile and forget them all. She even proposed to me tonight saying, when we get married.... I did not hesitate to say yes. I'm no fool. I told her that I'm going shopping for a ring tomorrow. If it weren't for the fact that she lives in Brazil and I live in the U.S., I would think it might be possible. Who knows? Never say never. 😘
I am very much looking forward to that special day that we get to meet in person. I believe that we can make it happen and I know that we will have so much fun. I have told you that after we talk you leave my heart smiling, sometimes for hours. You leave that much of an impression on my day.
Thank you honey for being the amazing, loving and caring person that you are. I truly cherish all of the time that I get to spend with you. You bring so much happiness into my life and I am forever grateful. I am honored and humbled by your friendship and your love. You will forever have a very special place in my heart. You are my "Lady". I love you heart and soul. 💖💖💖
