The Earth Moved ... but it was just an earthquake
Earthquake smerthquake, I mean what's up with this plate tectonics in the face of the plight of mortal man, right?
Too asleep to be so blissfully self-involved as to mean that really, then, I woke up to the shaking of the bed. "Earthquake, weird, not terrible", then I was back out. It really tires you out, carrying the weight of the world of your back -- right.
Anyhow, I too felt that 5.4 on the richter, centered somewhere in So. Cal today. The tv networks affiliates in California will probably all start their "news" sessions tonight with something gaudy about it. Be warned, ye mighty humanity, of the coming ... well ... nevermind; that's pretty much usual behavior from a "news" pusher at a TV network affiliate. The gaudy news, all about things you'd probably have known about already if it really mattered to you.
Lookit me going against the grain of "the news-informed world". What adventure.
I'm still holed-up in my roost, today, not really expecting to see any doom/disaster out there, but if there's like impaled bodies, I'll take pics and 'post em. Right.
