the weekend was torture. i had to help my friend move from her apartment to her new home. it was so freaking hot. i also fell down some stairs. i hurt my knee but im tough and kept on going. it was carrying a tote down the stairs and i lost conceintaion(sp) for a second and BOOM!! i fell. my friends were all freaked out and thougt i really hurt myself, but i was okay. that night we were so tired that we just crashed at home. fathers day was good. we took my dad out to eat and got him a card from me and the wife and even the dogs gave him a card. it was funny. now to somthing that has made me think the whole day. i saw the video of the woman who was shot in iran and it really moved me. when she looked at the camera before she began to bleed out was chilling. it needs to stop. to many people are getting killed and hurt. our so callled president needs to do somthing to help those folks. im an isolationist but these people are fighting for democracy. i have so much more to say but if i keep going, ill get all fired up and i wont have an outlet to take it out on. hope everyone had a good weekend and all friends who have set out, they are all just awesome. later
