Well, it's the new year. And I say... LETS GET THIS SHIT GOING!!!!
2007... the promised year!!! I believe in you 07'.. your gonna be way WAY better than 06'.
Then again, that's not saying much, hell.. if only one friend of mine dies this year, you'll be a better year by far!
So, to start the year off I've begun by continueing my career "management".. and I'm sure I mispelled something here.. but Oh well.
Currently, I'm going to stay in Pittsburgh. I'm sure this comes as a surprise to many that I was ON MY WAY to Philly. But needless to go into details there are a few things that will be keeping me here for at least a few more months. At the moment I'm taking things on a 3 month basis. aka I might feel differently by summer time. So. Stay tuned.
I have an interview with Urban in two weeks or so, an animation company wants to speak with me, a gentleman doing a film in Ohio wants me to do a project, numerous others want my resume or want interviews... and in my spare time, I'm working odd jobs (like the house sitting I'm doing right now), and trying to finish the song writing that began 2 months ago.
Added to the Nate/Carl songwriting recording mix is Jamison a very energetic and enthusiastic drummer. It only took 1 1/2 takes to tell that Jamison is the kind of drummer I've wanted to play with for a long time. He's very talented, and very interested in the kind of music I'm trying to deliver. Mostly because it's different for this kind of area. As well, he's interested in playing to a click and the addition of many other istruments including sequenced drums to many of the songs. It's all going to be very fun. And by the way, just so I'm not giving you the wrong idea... this is the current profile with demo's produced by me (Carl's mixes will go up when the album is complete)... www.myspace.com/mijoumusic
