So my first shift of my new job went pretty good. I was in the very small kitchen with Rozman, the owner and head chef. Let me tell you kids, Rozman is crazy, for an old gay man he is pretty rough around the edges, putting around in his bermuda shorts and flip flops with a jaunty golf hat cocked to one side and backwards. He is an amazing chef, but man is he an asshole. He was nice to me, so that was cool, but he came off like a Nazi to the serving staff, he was yelling at them, cussing at them, and just being a jerk in general. It was kinda funny, but at the same time it was kinda harsh. But whatev, most bosses suck. I made 40 bucks in tips so that was cool. There is a policy that states that we all share the tips, so I think thats great. Combined with a 10/h salary its pretty sweet. I just hope I can keep up, Rozman works like a madman, he puts Japanese people to shame, so fast. So tonight is friday and it will be mad busy so im gonna go buy some booze for after work and then take a nap.
