i can't upload my photo. i think it's too big, and i don't know how to change that. having a $1,000 digital camera isn't worth crap if you can't do anything with it...or maybe it's my software. yeah, that's probably it. ach!

Try lowering the picture quality a notch or two. Most programs default to the highest quality setting. A small increase is practically unnoticeable but makes a huge difference in file size.
