so so so sad day...
last day to smoke in public. not that i'm a smoker. but my favorite place in the whole wide world is a 24 hr all-smoking restaurant. and tonight i went there for the last time when it's a smoking establishment. it just won't be the same without the smokers. all the employees will be angrier than normal (cause they can't smoke) the customers will be cranky and it just wont be the same.
and EVERYONE and their mother was there tonight to smoke there for the last time. i've never seen the smoke so thick (and that's saying something!)... my throat was actually burning while waiting for a table in the game room. ot was a haze through the entire place. left way before midnight because *sigh* in two more minutes they will take away the ash trays for good and i didn't want to see all the sad people when that happened.
sorry smokers - i totally voted against this stupid law.
