I have to say, one of my favourite costumes that wasn't for Halloween but my "wedding dress" for when my man and I eloped in Vegas, for our Addams Family themed wedding.
Another one of my top fav costumes were the ones I made for Blizzcon, we went as Jim Raynor and Karraigan
I loved being Alice in Wonderland so much, I dressed up in this costume for multiple years.
One of my favourite Halloween costumes I made was my Leeloo Dallas costume
AND LASTLY, although it isn't really from Halloween but close to it. @kekili and I as Batman and Robin.
I haven't decided what I'm going to be this year, I'm thinking Mary from American Mary since that's who my husband says I look like when I am dressed for work anyways.
