So first off gotta say thank you to everyone who came by and welcomed me to the site. You guys are so awesomely sweet and I love you all! Right now I'm trying to quit smoking and it sucks sooo bad. first I tried cold turkey....my family made me go smoke out of fear of me killing everyone around me.Now I am trying to cut down and quit that way. I've done it b4 so we figured I could do it again. I went from a pack a day to 5 cigs a day. So far so good but I am an impulse smoker. I smoke for something to do or do it unconciously. So now I have to make a concious effort to not just grab one of my 5 allotted cigs and really space them out. I think I can I think I can I think i can.
