In Restaurant Land we don't typically share matching schedules with our mates. That's a luxury of 9-5 World. I'm on day shift; she's on night. She works a double; I'm off. The common ground is an understanding and appreciation of erratic schedules. She's watching TV and wide awake. I'm in bed and sleepy.
