Last night was camping with an old friend.
Best friend.
Soul friend.
We used to have 3 books filled up with words and drawings and our little bloody prints on the back. Something like "blood sisters" except on the paper on the book that held our lives.

Last night we both got lost in our minds.
Her boyfriend probably got a whole hell of a lot more lost because he was not saying words.
Or maybe I was lost?
Doesn't matter.
I woke up to her panicking pulling up the sheets and saying "Fuck, it's raining, the blankets are all wet, get them in the middle"
So we all frantically pull up the blankets, I look at her boyfriend and he's got eyes like a deer in headlights because he's imagining the tent filling up with water and drowing us. Then I look at the blankets, and they're all dry and in a heap in the middle.
"Uhm....these are dry, the water isn't getting in"
And then she says "Fuck guys...I'm sorry...I'm really fucked up." And then we go back to sleep.
Except there was more and it was hillarious and I can't rember it, except that half the time we were afraid of a dirty boy coming to her house to rape us with a baseball bat in retribution for unpaid cccrrackkkk monies.
But that was all speculation anyways.
