Here is a comparison photo from a year ago, to a photo from yesterday. Last year I attempted to lose weight and failed, and then I decided near the start of September (when I weighed in at 323) that things had to change. That, and I really wanted to dress up, and look good, as Drax The Destroyer for FanExpo this year.

I've increased by 2 lbs in the past month or so, but I'm still seeing positive aesthetic results. I'll roll with it.

We'll see if this 6 week routine I just started does anything else for me. Next update photo and weigh-in will be sometime around June 14-15th.
