Well where do I start this is the start of my ranting, I may be the only one who actually reads this thing but hey I guess. So here I am and tonight I am throwing a pimps and ho's party, so lets see how it goes! Hopefully have pictures on Tuesday when it is back to the grind. Lastly it is hard at times to be a medic when you see the "brightest" of people come through the e.r., "how did that get there again?"
