35 days to go!!! just over a month! 
I am so excited!! Even though I had to change some of the plans I had for whe he's going to be here it'll still be fun. So far I have all but one of the days off. I'm also trying to plan some cool things to do (besides the obvious) during our trip.
Any Suggestions? He's having issues coming up with ideas.
Work has been CRAZY this week. Firts let me tell you what I do, it will make the list a little easier to understand. I am in charge of inventory control and Artists accounts Payables. Every piece of art that comes into the gallery (or moves from one location to another) goes thru me. And we have 7 locations, 3 on island, 1 on the Big Island, 2 in CA and one in Bend OR. Every dime any of the artists gets paid goes thru me. I also help with entering the sales tickets into the system, and make sure everyone who's supposed to get a copy of them actually receives it.
*Artist Payables are on Monday so I've been woking like a madwoman to get everything posted.
*HUGE show coming up this weekend. Our top 20 collectors will be on island for a 4 day show with 10 of our artists. The art didn't start arriving until Tuesday. Show starts on Thursday. At least 8 of the 10 artists have brought in NO art yet. Yep let's all wait til Thurs. so I have to work til midnight to get all this shit done.
*STILL processing tickets from after the 15th of Dec. I got them all into the comp before the 3rd of Jan (so we could get PAID!) BUT we still have to sort them out as to where they need to go.
*AND the guy I work with was onvacation this past week.
The only day that drove me crazy was Thursday. I actually like being this busy, but I had to deal with some real idiots on Thursday.
Plus the busier I am at work, the quicker the time goes by until Pip gets here! If you haven't read it yet, go read his journal. It still makes my day
On a semi-related note, what kind of ass TELLS you about a "super secret surprize" and then won't tell you anything else about it except for if I knew about it it wouldn't work as well? What the hell is that? Why mention it (other than to torture me)? Not nice I tell you.
Well off to do weekend type thing with the child. I go back to my own house on Sunday. Back to Dial-up internet, and back to the same house as my dad. Wish me luck.

with scotland im still not sure... see i know traveling is wonderful.. ive done a lot of traveling already. ive been to scotland twice before and this summer i went to france and spain ... i have doubts
