good news first? or bad?
Let's go bad first. My car died on Monday on my way to work.
my poor van. I think it is the transmission. It lived a good life. over 326K miles on it. I had to miss work on Tues because I dodn't have a ride in. I almost got to take the escalade, but my aunt needed it for some comany CEO or something. bastard. I am now driving my grampa's little old pickup truck. at least it has AC and a CD player.
Middle of the road news. My dad will be staying at my aunts for 10 days starting on Saturday. She and my grandma are going on a cruise to Alaska. That's the reason I'll be woking my "real job" schedule for the next 2 weeks.
Good news! I finally got a new cell!!!! FREEDOM from the landline (which is hooked up tyo the fax) It would have helped to have my cell on Monday, but the fates think they are funny so I got it yesterday instead. Free incoming calls, free longdistance, free nights and weekends, more daytime mins than I'll ever use, and direct connect.

Work had been painfully slow, but it is giving me time to catch up on some reading and paperwork.
I spent today running errands (now that I have a vehicle again) got 2 new bikinis, and got waxed (ouch!) and I didn't get a call from work once! all in all a pretty good day.

Once again any and all ideas as to what I should do while back would be much appreciated.

The 2am faxes don't wake me up, the interrupt my jerking-off. Very jarring to be beating away and then suddenly jump when the fax rings right next to me.
