Work like you don't need the money, Love like you have never been hurt, and Dance like no one is watching

My late uncle's wife told me this the first time we met, at his memorial service in 1998. I've never forgotten it. I just need to go back to living it. I used to live it, then I was hurt so deeply that I felt like I lost a bit of myself. Well, I'm taking that bit back.

Over the past month or 2, I have been letting things build up to the point that I can't take anymore. I need to get back to the state of calm I had when I first moved here. Not only for me, but for the boy. I think I may have been taking some of my stress out on him. I hope I'm wrong. He is so cute though. A few days ago I lost it, and couldn't stop crying. He came up to me, patted me on the back, gave me a kiss and said "All gone mama, no crying." That's what I tell him when I kiss his boo-boos. Well I can't be one to dissapoint the boy.

I finally got a couple hours of beach time today, for the first time in a week. The rain has gone for now, after another 3 days in a row. Hopefully we'll have some good weather this weekend, too.
