I had another sale Sunday, so I am slowly inching toward my goal. I have a couple clients coming in for appts. right before halloween, so hopefully they will push me over the top.
*gasp* this side of the island is supposed to get some rain Tuesday! I'll believe it when I see it. but just in case I rolled up my windows. Leaving them down would have guaranteed the rain. PLEASE let it rain. well if it doesn't I'm gonna take the baby to the beach. he hasn't been in a while.
Walked by the dive shop on the way to pick up lunch today. The guy wasn't there. I really need to find out his name. And his #
**SG Fantasy Football Update**
The fourth win in a row!!! I just barely eeked this one out. I stand firmly in 4th place with a 6-2 record and 545.26 pts. I RULE! The 3 ahead of me have the same record, just more pts.
Hopefully the streak will continue for week 9. YAY!
Since I don't think I'll be updating my journal before Wed. I figured I'd leave a little something for JPD. Not really a poem but fitting of this time of year.
Darkness falls across the land
the midnight hour is close at hand
creatures crawl in search of blood
and terrorize your neighborhood
and who soever might be found
withough the sould for getting down
must stand and face the hounds of hell
and rot inside a corpses shell
The foulest stench is in the air
the funk of 40,00 years
and grizzly ghouls from every tomb
are closing in to seal your doom
and though you fight to stay alive
your body starts to shiver
for no mere mortal can resist
the evil of the THRILLER!
