I'm listening to Queen and feeling sorry for myself. Wallowing. Queen makes me think of freshman year in high school - possibly the best year of my life. I'm trying to break the record, but each year seems worse than the one preceding it. With the exception of 1998, which was the Worst Ever. Although the past few years have been serious contenders.
This year will be different.
Right. Maybe next year.
It doesn't help that Clover bears a striking resemblance to my best friend that year. Holy Jesus, I miss her. If she saw this, I'd ask her to marry me. Although, I suppose a lot could have changed in.... over a decade. I probably still love her.
