Yesterday was loooooong. On the road at 9:30, home at 6:00. One minor mistake in the directions took me about 5 miles out of my way. The cat santuary was nice but very sad. Some of the FIV+ cats were show signs of deterioration. Snotty noses, weepy eyes and thin frail bodies. At least they had a place that was comfortable and all for them....

Well then, it's not that funny I'm mentioning it. If there's a history of malpractice judgements, settlements, or even of complaints, a lawyer experienced in the field would, at least, take a hard look (no pun intended) at your case. It also matters in what state you had the procedure performed. I think NJ has more permissive malpractice law (for plaintiffs) than NY.
