Yay! Bi-polar II: it's like bi-polar without any of the fun! I got diagnosed with that at one point, as well. To be honest, though, I'm not sure what I believe anymore, as I've been diagnosed with/treated for too many disorders over the years, all with underwhelming results.
Anyway, I'm glad you found a new shrink and I hope s/he works out to be a good fit for you. I think it was pretty weak of your last therapist to ditch you. However, you probably don't want to be seeing someone who is unable to provide equal care for both you and your ex.
