Is Halloween a pagan holiday? It seems to me to be, or have become, just another commercial holiday.

Well, here's to left over candy, children hopped up on sugar, teenagers too lazy to put on costumes and Christmas decorations on the shelves tomorrow!

One of my longtime biggest fears about becoming a parent is having my child become severely ill. I see friends on here like _Pie_ struggling with her daughter and her doctors, and now Jewelz and her husband Flashmo have found out their son is ill. Everyone give khoos some love. She's really having a hard time. Labor is obviously starting, but not moving along quickly enough and she's really, really uncomfortable. We took her to the hospital at 4am because she was having contractions about 5 minutes apart, but they sent us home because she wasn't dilating enough.

The baby is coming. She's just taking her sweet time.

Poor khoos. Her doctors visits are now weekly, and it seems that ultrasounds may be weekly too. Now they are worried that the fluids in the sack are getting too low.
