What he said!! ^^^^ For reals, I'm assuming there was a property disclosure form filled out by the owner? If there's no information regarding your issue with the walls, you may be able to sue them for non-disclosure. The selling agent/broker may hold liability as well if they knew of a structural problem, too.

I low sided at turn two & just slid straight off the track but my bike flipped as it slid and basically crushed all the fairing, brake reservoir and shifter, some damage to the tank & clutch cover. Still need to check the full extent of the damage.
There was a sudden down pour just as I passed pit entry. I had just swapped over from slicks to grooved so I thought I was being safe as it had rained earlier and dried up, but no, lol, still came off.
There were a lot of offs that day actually, about 10 bikes in total due mainly to intermittent rain.
Oh well, with funds the way they are it may take a while before I'm riding again but I'll get there eventually.

So, my previous blog stated we had out first snow. It snowed Friday and last night. The snow is so wet and heavy that it's causing the roof to put so much pressure on one of the outside walls that it's actually cracking and bowing out. I have to wait until tomorrow to call my homeowner's insurance to see what they can do. Fuck.

That sucks MDF...most of the time we have to get up and shovel the snow off when it gets heavy like that up here in the Pacific Northwest or the roofs will cave. We got a foot of snow yesterday here in Pocatello! I'm just glad we don't still live in Spokane because they've gotten like three feet of snow in the last week
