have you tried wiping the sticky part of the pads with a very wet paper towel? It *can* renew the stickiness--otherwise, I'd go to MOMS or maybe even Amazon and get the pads. My acupuncturist wraps the wires around needles and pokes them in me, but I don't think I'd try that at home! (Also get hydrated with nothing-but-water; tired kidneys contribute to muscle weakness in the back -- the toxins literally leach out into the muscles, making them fail and then the spine has to bear more weight than it's made for. I have learned to slug down several bottles of the stuff to good effect).

Yeah, I record all the races and watch them post race so when I heard about it I had to watch it. It was a surreal feeling knowing what was going to happen. Rossi , maaan, can only imagine, not to mention Edwards; especially after seeing this photo
