I'm tired and can't shake the sick, which is probably why I'm more tired than usual. I feel like something in my life needs a change, or something in my life just isn't right. Not sure what it is, if anything at all. Everything just feels off.

I just found out that a friend passed away yesterday. He was on a motorcycle tour that he does every year. They'd just finished breakfast and he had a massive heart attack.
