I had to install one over the summer Defender 50 Gal Short High Efficiency (it comes in the 40 Gal size). I don't live in Jersey so can't give you a lead on where to find one, but the brand was Bradford White. You might be able to find a supplier in your area from their website www.bradfordwhite.com
