That's actually pretty much EXACTLY what we were looking at. On top of that thinking about adding a shelf into the main area that only goes about halfway back to place the cable box and what not under it to get some extra air flow from under to help push the heat over the top.
Doing better this morning. A lot of sleep and great sex probably had something to do with it. Although it seems that certain types of mania are great for me sexually. I had the stamina of my 18 year old self.

I am glad you had a better day today. I know sex can always make a day better. I am a bit deprived at the moment due to my hips giving me problems. Sometimes it sucks being disabled. Doctors do not think you should be sexual beings. It is stupid. I am just as horny as the next person. Just because my legs do not work does not mean my vagina doesn't. Mood wise, I have been doing better too. They changed some of my medication, so it is a trial and error type of thing right now. My anxiety seems to be somewhat under control, except for the unexpected panic attack the other night. It is just the mood swings I can not get used to. I feel bad because when I am not feeling the greatest I take it out on those am around the most and those same people are the ones I love the most. It is hard to explain to someone else what is in your head so it can be frustrating. I tend to apologize a lot. I just wish people could step in others shoes for a few days. Oh only if things like that were possible. Eh. I wish you the best in improving your mood. Try relaxation techniques, meditation, or marijuana. It really helps you mellow out when you are on edge. 
Ever have those days where you feel like you need to over-explain things, because you feel like everything coming out of your mouth/keyboard is an incomplete or muddied thought?

That is sadly the realization that I have come to as well. I could think of 5K worth of stuff to buy for that car within 10 seconds. If I dont get rid of it, I will keep spending on it and never see that money back.
I hate my brain sometimes. I can sit for what seems like hours without a serious thought when I want to. Other times, I can't stop thinking about things that don't really matter.
