Home from Canada, and back at work. I did not get to spend the time with khoos I'd been looking forward too, and I felt like we never really had time to rest. I'm spent physically and emotionally. The girls couldn't handle all the driving we had to do. There was lots of screaming and crying, and that was just me. I didn't even bring home any of my favorite snacks, or have nearly enough poutine. WTF?

The trip wasn't a complete disaster. I got to meet more of khoos' dad's family. I picked up some great reading material:
The Walking Dead Compendium 1
The Guild (Felicia Day = nerdgasm)
Dr. Horrible and other Horrible Stories
Finished The Guild in one sitting. Need to start reading the webcomic. About half way through The Walking Dead. I love the TV show they based on it. They go in two different directions, but the comics are definitely better. The second compendium is rumored to be coming out soon, but I'm probably going to have to settle for the smaller release to continue the series (compendium is 48 issues in one book vs. the 24 issue omnibuses).

Going to go attempt to do some work, while daydreaming about the smell of my wife's hair in my face while we cuddle.
