got home about an hour ago. Left @ 2pm yesterday to go see Maebelline, left her inlaws at 6pm to return home. Long, weird trip home. Let's just say NJ gave up before I finally did.

I almost went to Madison Square Garden to see Teena Marie perform last Mother's Day. I'd gone to a concert the previous weekend, so I couldn't handle the cost of seeing her perform. I love Beyonce, as well as Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston in their prime, but for my money, there will never be anyone quite like Teena Marie.
