Weekend over. Countdown to vacation in Ottawa commences.

Friday night we had the most amazing make-up sex. It isn't often we get to just let go, because we worry about waking up the girls, but this just kind of took off on it's own. Things happened that haven't in a long time, and it felt really good. I miss having the freedom to let that kind of passion take over.

Saturday was fun. The guitar player from my high school band had a big party at his house. Saw a lot of people I haven't seen in years. I had to take the girls home after about an hour because T refused to drink anything and was bright red from heat exhaustion. I went back and stayed until the bands stopped playing - 4 bands all with a mixture of various friends. It was very cool.

Yesterday was ok. Dahlia hasn't been sleeping very well and the exhaustion is showing on her, and well, everyone. She wants to be held, she doesn't want to be held, she fusses and cries because she's tired, khoos wants to fuss and cry because D wants to be attached to her . T hasn't been feeling well either, so it has just been general happy time.

Friday can't come soon enough.
