I'm ashamed of people in the U.S. right now. This whole healthcare issue is a disgrace. I don't give a fuck where you stand on the issue, so don't post anything about it here, but the fact that there is violence and outright lying by TV personalities and politicians just continues to make the U.S. look like more of a joke to the rest of the world.
To the people screaming at town hall meetings: SHUT THE FUCK UP.
To the pundits and politicians using scare tactics: SHUT THE FUCK UP.
To Sarah Palin: SHUT THE FUCK UP and just disappear. "Death Panel"? Really?
To the people calling politicians and other groups threatening violence: Keep calling. Eventually you'll be arrested, go to jail and be SHUT THE FUCK UP. I may actually support government sponsored euthanasia just for you.
When did we lose the ability to have rational discussions? Screaming over someone trying to talk, regardless of if they are right or wrong, only makes you look like an asshole.
Do I trust our bureaucracy to not fuck things up? I dunno. But I can't hear what they are trying to sell me if some asshole is screaming in my ear.
