My buddy is back in the hospital and it looks like this is going to be it. How do you say goodbye for the last time?

That is so brutal. I have always wondered how you would do that. It just doesn't seem like you could ever say enough. I am so sorry for your situation and I am extremely sorry for your friend. You can always talk to me if you are upset, I am a great listener.
