Good evening, it's Tuesday night, and I'm watching Jack Hanna's animal antics on Letterman... An unremarkable day, it was. I got a reply from the artist I'm trying to resign from, and it's apparent that he really thinks "we share the same values and needs," which is less than true, to say the very least. I _will_ resign, I will not be a slave anymore to his loony whims and desires.

I have a phonetics quiz tomorrow, where I have to be able to produce and transcribe imaginary words with non-English sounds. So picture this, I'm sitting in my place tonight, practicing all sorts of weird sounds out loud... What ever will the neighbors think!

Animal of the Day

This is Phoebe, an African pygmy hedgehog. Not very interesting, but so cuuute! I want a hedgehog! I could really use some other form of life around the 'partment. Ever since my plant, Esmerelda, died, it just hasn't been the same. Only trouble is that I don't know if I'll be staying put in Toronto over the next few years, and I wouldn't want to cause the poor thing any trauma related to moving or being given away. Hrm...

What about fish? I know they're not as cute, but they are kind of cool.

The York idea sounds good, but I don't know if that's enough time to pull people together. As for other ideas, I think that pretty much anything that is interesting as a group activity should be just fine.
