So I've been busy doing "stuff" lately getting caught up in the hustle of everyday life. I took some pictures the other day and I have to say that they are inspired by the neon colors of the 80's. Very bright and energetic, like how I've been feeling lately. Hope you enjoy

Tonight, my friends and I went walking on this trail through the woods with only the moon to light the way. It was bright and beautiful. There will be a full moon on Monday. I love the way shadows are cast making everything a trick of the light. The walk was like being in a dream or on another planet. It was very surreal. Lovely isn't it?

Saying of the Day:
I'm doing time in a maximum security twilight home.

By the Sea - Strawberry Switchblade
I wish I could be
close to you by the sea.
And I know that you
would want to be there too.
Where the sea is green,
and the sky is oh so blue.
We can can roll down our socks,
and kick off both our shoes.
We could drift on a raft
until late afternoon.
If we stayed a bit longer
it would still be far too soon.
There's an island just there
that I'd like to go and hide.
And when we get tired
we can drift back with the tide.
I'm so glad we came
to the seaside,
in the rain.
But now it's time to go
we drive our car
very slow...
