I'm finally back from Chicago! 
I had a nice time there for the most part. There were times of boredom definitely, but it was alright. It was really nice to meet everyone at the book signing and at the SGB show. I couldn't see shit at the show... and in the front it was literally like 120 degrees... so I mostly talked to Kira, Ophelia, sunburntkamel, and my best friend in the back where there was air. sqook gave me funny looks while I sang along to the Peaches song (Fuck the Pain Away) but it's ok because he's really cool.
Poor Synnove got kinda sickish and her and userlame had to leave early.

The drive back home sucked ass... it was SO long. I almost hit an opossum near Rochester but I swerved and luckily missed it.
My kitties missed me so much... Eli insists on sitting on my luggage now to prevent me from leaving again. But my friend took really good care of them so that makes me feel better. At least they had a nice time with her.
Today I'm going to Buffalo (yes, 170 miles to the east where I just passed through yesterday) for a free Ani DiFranco show on the steps of city hall. It's gonna be lesbiriffic!
