I'm in the cave on the side of my apartment that some might call a porch. However, it is surrounded by tall bushes, which hide me from people on the street and passing cars. They also provide shade so I can keep my pasty white skin without having to stay inside all the time. 
My wireless internet works out here, so i can sit in my comfy chair behind the bushes while typing my papers and chatting online... this makes me VERY happy.
I also like to peer out from behind the bushes and spy on those who are passing by.
The only thing I wish I had out here was a small table - I might have to invest in one.
