I was too sick to go to the Burlesque show last night - that really fucking sucks. I hope that everyone that went had a good time and I'm sorry that I couldn't be there. These stupid antibiotics are taking all life out of me.

There seems to be a surge of new members who like to PM me in chat. All men, wondering if they can "get to know me better" and trying to get off on the conversation.

I'm going to try and write up this book report today for a class. It's not due for a couple of weeks, but I should get it done so I can work on other things. I also have to prepare for my class tomorrow. We're talking about pot - I'm not sure where I want the discussion to go. Hrm...

1. A Rrose is a Rrose is a Rrose (gender photography book that's out of print), Against Sadomasochism (out of print, feminist backlash on SM - which is hilarious to read), Tales of an English Opium Eater (it's an old book that my Grandma had that I wanted - cool illustrations)
2. Penne with vodka cream sauce from a place in town called Pastabilities
3. "One Planet Under a Groove: Hip Hop and Contemporary Art" at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis
