Good things about today so far: I finished running my errands right before the blizzard started. It's now snowing heavily and I can hardly see the houses across the street from me. I got more kitty litter cuz the kitties were almost out. I got an organizer for my undies, socks, and other lingerie because my current bins are overflowing. I bought a snow shovel because I do not own one and I am going to wake up to 1-2 FEET of snow tomorrow morning.
Bad things about today so far: I look at my bank account balance only to find that I have $1.26 to my name. Everything I bought today went on the Visa. Where the fuck is my financial aid check?!
I came across a plethora of horrible drivers today. On my way to Petco, they closed the main highway and directed us all off the road. It was barely snowing. wtf?!
Hilarious things about today so far: On my way to get my shovel I saw a police car, with a cop in it, that had run off the road and into snow that was 3-4 feet deep. His car was covered over the headlights and slightly onto the hood of the car and he was completely trapped inside with his little lights twirling on top. hehe
UPDATE:
The best thing that happened today: I got my financial aid check, FINALLY!!

Congrats on your financial aid check. Hope you use it to pay off visa. Oh, the joys of poverty.

yaay you're not [completely] broke anymore! Also, I'm glad to see that you have finally purchased a shovel and no longer have to resort to making one out of various household supplies.
