Well, as much as I love Herman Miller desk chairs, I don't think that they're in the budget for a grad student living off of student loans. So I'm going to have to settle for something at Staples.

I'm going out to dinner tonight with a friend of mine who is always dressed super nice and always looking very high class, which means that tonight I get to look pretty too. I think I'll wear my new black skirt with fishnets and a black v-neck top that I got in Minneapolis that ties on the sides. It's really cute and I totally won't look as Chanel as my friend, but that's ok.

My cat, Finn, is being really lovey today... he won't leave me alone. He waited outside the bathroom door for me while I showered and immediately leaped up onto my lap once I sat down on the couch again.

I'm hungry, I need to make lunch.
