I'm making vegan stuffing right now... No one came over to eat for Thanksgiving and I had all the ingredients still so I'm making it anyway, dammit! It has celery, cranberries, shallots, and chives in it and is made with vegetable broth. My house smells amazing right now because of it. spikybluegirl is on the couch doing her homework and watching High Art and waiting for the food to be done. I'm in my study writing up a presentation for tomorrow on Foucault's Use of Pleasure.

I went to the grocery store this morning to get a few things and the woman in line in front of me kept trying to use like her husband's drivers license or a medical card or something as a debit card... It fucked up the credit card swipy thing and caused havoc.

I've decided that I want to get my PhD and be really smart and publish things, but I also want to be a cute little homemaker that makes the house smell wonderful with all kinds of yummy foods and candles all the time. Cleaning is going to have to be done by someone else, however.
