My best friend is coming to visit me from WI this week! biggrin He'll be here on Tuesday and is then visiting his family for 2 days and then is spending the weekend with me! biggrin I'm so happy! I miss him so much! So if he's here and I have my cam on you might get to see him - hehe. Fun!

Yesterday I spent a few hours in a cafe doing homework.... I still haven't really found a place that "fits" me yet like my old coffee place in WI. That makes me very sad because it was like Cheers there - everyone knew my name, they knew what I drank, I had my own mug... frown My mug said "Save a mouse. Eat a pussy." hehe It wasn't mine to begin with - they had it there and then I just started getting it every time I went in - lol. But I got to take it with me when I left - now it holds my toothbrush. blush The coffee place I went to yesterday was alright... but my coffee was cold and it was so cold inside there. My toes were freezing off! Guess I'll have to dress warm so I can go there today - it's the only place I've heard of that has couches and such. Ugh. Either way I have to go shower so I can start doing my work. kiss

Home sweet home, why is it so hard to find a good home for ourselves. I have thought of putting myself on a milk carton sometimes! NYC has alot of decent coffee shops, but only the Starbucks let you stay as long as you like! The rest say, finish the coffee and make room for the next guy!

One of the aspects on online communities etc. is that when you actually meet someone really cool, chances are that they live far enough away to make it difficult to see them once, let alone twice.

In either case, I was lucky enough once. You're a sweetheart, I hope that I'll see you at some future events.
