I attended a gathering today with some of my... sigh. What am I supposed to call my dead girlfriend. She's not my ex, she is my girlfriend but no longer here. I still have not found a suitable term to use.
Anyway, some friends and I gathered with some of her old friends and had a great time. It was a gathering to celebrate my loast love's 35th birthday. Strangely enough we did not speak of her much. No toasts or speeches, we just had a good time. I'm sure she would have been pleased just to see her friends having a good time together. She was never much about herself though.
Sigh... I do so miss her.
