i just a fucked up movie called i stand alone by gasper noe, the same director of irreversible. i don't know what to think of his films. i honestly dno't like his films. i want to like the fact that noe tries to terrorize his audience by showing everything like people getting their heads smashed in, shot in their throats, raped, and pregnent women getting their stomachs punched in. i think noe shows too much and leaving you not to think too much like most american films.
there's a scene in another film called funny games directed by michael haneke where a wife and husband are forced to watch their son get shot. you don't see the son getting shot but you see the body on the floor blood on the television and the parents sitting there not saying anything for a couple of minutes. those couple of minutes are painful becuase you can't bear the silence. those images disturb the fuck out of you and stay in your head longer.
noe's films, so far, are forgetable. shocking and revolting but easily forgettable because everything moves so quickly you don't have that moment of silence to think about what you saw.

omg! i think its so cool you can cook mexican food. i'm all pro at cooking mexican. but i hate to cook. not too many boys actually try to cook. but yeah, baking, i suck. i mean i can mix ingredients, its too easy but once it goes into the oven, something strange happens. like oven aliens take over and make it all crazy, unlike the picture on the box.
about noe's films... i've sat here for about 5 mins trying to think about how to word what i want to say. and you know what, i can't. not saying i don't like it. i think movies that show you life from a different perspective especially when its about things that you don't wanna think about cause its bad. BUT we can't blind ourselves from those things cause they happen and its life. everything is not about happy endings, as much as we want them to be. i don't know.. i hate thinking about rape and i've been there to see a friend go through that crap, it really fucks with your head and you feel every ounce of being a woman taken from you cause some penis head wants to feel like satisfy his power trip. grrrr i'm just really sensitive on this issue. but i don't let it affect my everyday life but it really angers me! ALOT! any kind of mistreatment of women, JUST cause we're women. i hate it all! i can go on about this subject so i'll end it here.
