tonight, i had a couple of pints with my russian mentor.it was good to see him again and talk about film and life. i should go to prague before i do anything else. i should growup and not be obnoxious.

Well, not all the band are from Scotland but still a good mix. If you have a sense of humor and A taste, for demented punk/garage/countr music. Then the Teasers are the band for you. Definately far from twee."
They sound cool. I'll need to check them out. Is there any free stuff online by them do you know?

Yeah, I've heard they're really cool and I always loved that name, which I believe comes from a line in Star Wars.

Not seen 'Rat Catcher' yet but I'm desperate to see Lynne Ramsay's film of the book "Morvern Callar" . The book was really cool and it sounds like the soundtrack will feature 'Some Velvet Morning' by Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazelwood and possibly cool stuff by Can and groups like that.
