Man politics is a world of stupid. It doesn't even deserve a proper sentence. What the fuck was the point of going to Iraq if we're going to pull out before the damn country can stand on its own two feet? People are so stupid and naive sometimes! Hindsight in this case is total and utter idiocy. I can't say anything I haven't said before. If I ever get rich, I'm buying an island and making my own little private country. Either that or joining up with rich friends and starting my own city so we can at least get the government part right on a local level. Reading about politics makes me want to buy a gun and start shooting people.
So much is done for public face it disgusts me! And the worst part is the public gets pissed off if it isn't done for public face! Hell half the shit these politicians do is to make the majority of the populace happy. Unfortunately the majority of the populace wants to walk into the middle of the movie and tell you how its going to turn out. There are subtlities that should be common sense like people get majorly fucked up in war that people don't seem to understand. "Oh my God, people are dying and getting mutilated in Iraq, who would have thought?" "Oh my God, our soldiers are being mean when interrogating prisoners!" The naivete of some people just piss me the fuck off.
But at the same time I saw all this bullshit coming. The country had a knee jerk reaction to 9-11 and they wanted somewhere to put some bullets since we couldn't seem to catch Osama so everyone jumped on board for Iraq. And of course a few years later these same assholes are getting weak in the knees once they realized what their need to fuck people up for getting fucked up caused. Yeah this is what you wanted fuckers. Think before you god damned ask cause you just might get it.
