There this comic I heard about. Its called Idioacracy or something like that. From the guy who did Office Space and Beavis and Butthead and King of the Hill. A janitor gets frozen for something like 1500 years and wakes up in the future where he is the smartest human being in the world. Why is he the smartest? Because smart people have been bred out. Stupid people start breeding at an early age and keep having kids where as the smart wait and have kids later, if at all.
